Resident Satisfaction Survey
Thank you for taking the opportunity to complete your 2015 Resident Satisfaction Survey- an important part of our continuous improvement program within your community. NAS Key West Homes has received the survey results and we are implementing action plans for feedback collected. We are proud to announce that the following neighborhood received an A-List Award, denoting exceptional satisfaction within the community:

We strive to ensure consistent, quality service across all aspects of our community operations, and with resident feedback, we have identified areas of interest that we can improve. Below are four ways that we are working to enhance our operational processes:
Maintenance Services: We are proud to announce that we have filled all maintenance positions to ensure that work orders are completed in a timely manner. Effective in Fall 2015, we have adopted an extensive catalogue system to identify and replace items that have had repeated issues, leading to fewer work orders and better functioning machinery. We have also implemented an in-house training program to cross-train all technicians, ensuring that each employee is equipped with the skills to complete a wide range of service requests. 2. Playgrounds & Community Amenities: While Balfour Beatty has no role with the overall amenities offered at NAS Key West, we are excited to share information on the new amenities that are coming to our community that will be provided and managed by MWR, such as the recently completed sports trail and all-sports filed in Sigsbee Park, and the new splash park that is currently under construction. The Community Center is expected to receive renovations over the next several months; and in 2015 we have added two new playgrounds with another to be finished in early 2016.Renovations: NAS Key West Homes is in the final stages of Phase I of exterior renovations to Sigsbee Park duplexes. We have completed 70% of the roof replacement and patio door replacements, and 85% of weather-head assemblies. Phase II will begin in early 2016 and will complete all roofs and windows within the Sigsbee Park neighborhood, followed by interior renovations.Landscaping: We have been working with our landscaping company to identify special projects and formulate a consistent plan for shrubbery enhancements, tree trimming/removal and replacement of existing landscaping equipment. The company has added a Quality Control Supervisor to their team to ensure that all landscaping is completed in a timely and efficient manner.
